The Field QAQC manager is responsible for ensuring field construction activities meet high quality standards. This role also includes writing or assisting in writing quality assurance plans, preparing quality related submittals, and compiling testing results.
The qualified site Health & Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining minimum standards of health and safety on a project site to ensure that minimum standards of safety are complied. This role also may include writing or assisting in writing site specific health and safety plans.

Primary responsibilities and key characteristics of the role also include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing a portfolio of large-scale projects totaling $500+M annually
• Actively responsible for the planning, safe execution, and delivery of a portfolio of RCM projects at As Sold or better financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Providing support to Project Managers (PM) by:
• Fully understanding applicable contracts
• Leading Project Reviews
• Conducting Site Visits
• Engaging Project Team at critical milestones
• Change Management and dispute resolution
• Engaging Client and Project Stakeholders

• Applies senior level of expertise, knowledge, and judgement
• Senior technical lead for technically complex and unique projects
• Manages an array of highly complex projects in multiple locations
